New Features

Manufacturer Users

  • We have launched a new feature to improve data integrity in the data pool. Specifications that have not been updated or reviewed for more than 3 years will be automatically archived in accordance with our data integrity policy for non compliance. Users will receive a quarterly notification advising which products are between 2 and 3 years old without review or update and what date they will be archived if no action is taken. A Knowledgeable article on how to review a specification is linked below:

Fixes

All Users

  • Using the Product List functionality, users were receiving errors when creating lists that had more than 200 products at a time. This has been resolved and users are able to create product lists of up to 10,000 products without any errors

  • erudus.com had some hyperlinks that weren’t routing to the correct web forms. This has been resolved and hyperlinks will route users to the appropriate pages of the website

Manufacturer Users

  • There was an issue when selecting “No Inner Component Present” as “Yes” in the product editor. The inner component attributes would no longer be selectable but validation errors would flag for inner component dimensions. This has been resolved and declaring that there is no inner component present will no longer flag validation errors for inner component attributes

Validations

  • When declaring inner component dimension in the product editor. If a product has a diameter declared, users will no longer need to declare width and depth attributes
