How to download your Wholesaler Product Range Data
This guide will show you how to download different reports for data related to your product range.
Please note: Only Admin users of a Wholesaler account can access these downloads
Why would I want to download product range data?
Downloading your product range from Erudus provides accurate, up-to-date product specifications directly from manufacturers. This saves massive time on manual data entry, ensuring regulatory compliance (especially for allergens). It could potentially assist with populating internal systems and could even enhance customer service by providing reliable information.
Quick Overview
When viewing your Wholesaler Dashboard, Select Products.
Select the 3-dot drop-down and select Download CSV
Select Start Download or select a specific CSV format if required

From the Wholesaler Dashboard, click on the "Products" button to be taken to your product range.

From the product list, use the additional options menu on the far right side of the screen to be presented with options for downloading different data reports related to your product range data.
Additional Options Explained:
Download CSV - Download a CSV file containing all of the product data for all products that you have a Wholesaler Product Code attached to.
You can download this report in different formats if they are required for import into other supported systems, or you can download product data for a specific customer if you have your customer's purchase history uploaded to your account.
Download Packaging CSV - Download a CSV report with detailed information regarding the waste packaging associated with each product you have a Wholesaler Product Code attached to it
View Schema - You can view the product schema for the Erudus data model, which details:
- All available attributes in the data model
- Which attributes are mandatory
- Which attributes will cause a major version change to a specification when changed by the Manufacturer
Downloading Product Range Data | Step 3
If you have selected Download CSV, you will then be presented with the option to select a CSV format, which allows you to choose from a set of templates created for a selection of third-party solutions.
Erudus is not able to produce a specific format for every third-party solution. In most cases, we would recommend encouraging any third party to integrate via API with Erudus. You can find out more infomation about what an Integration is and how to become an Erudus Integration Partner - HERE
