How to manage Product Lists in Erudus

This guide will show you how to create and manage product lists in Erudus.

What is a Product List?

A product list is a way for Erudus users to create a small catalog of products they are interested in, using a unique product identifer such as:

• Outer Case GTIN
• Wholesaler Product Code
• Erudus ID

This can be a great tool when wanting to get a small sample size of data, as once the list has been created, users are able to extract this data via CSV or PDF. Users can also opt in to receive notifications when a product in any of their lists changes by following the How to enable Product Change alerts

Creating a Product List | Step 1

At the top right corner of the screen on any page, you will be able to click on the "My Erudus" dropdown menu to display options related to your user account. Product list options are found in "Product Lists."

To create a product list, enter the name of the list in the text box at the top of the product list page and click the green tick to the right of the text box.

Adding a Product to a List

When viewing a product specification you will find the heart-shaped product list button on the right side of the product name. Clicking this will show you all of the product lists you have created and allow you to toggle which lists the product is placed in.

You can also create new lists from this menu by entering the name of the list in the text box at the bottom of the menu and clicking the green tick button.

Adding Multiple Products to a List

You can add multiple products to a list by clicking on the name of the list you wish to add products to and clicking the green "Add Products" button on the right side of the page

You will then be presented with a text box where you can add multiple products to your list at once by entering one product code per line before clicking the green button. Product codes that can be used to add products to lists include:

• Erudus ID
• Outer GTIN
• Wholesaler Product Code

You will then be presented with a list of products that have been found based on the codes provided and you can add them to your list by clicking the green button at the bottom of the window.

Viewing Product Lists

Once you have added products to lists and go back to the product list options from the "My Erudus" menu, you can click on the name of a list to view the specifications in the list or use the buttons to the right of the row for the list to:

• Delete the list
• Rename the list
• Download all of the product data for products in a list in a CSV file
