Downloading a Product as a PDF
This guide will show you how to download a PDF copy of a product that has been published to Erudus.
Why download a product as a PDF?
There are a few main reasons why you may want to share a product specification via PDF, these reasons are listed below:
- External Communication and Sharing
- Internal Operations and Record Keeping
- Data Integrity and Security
Quick Overview
Once logged in to your Manufacturing Dashboard, select Products
Locate the product you wish to download as a PDF and select it from your product list.
Once viewing the product specification in Erudus, select the PDF button at the top of the product

Firstly, once you've logged into Erudus and viewed your manufacturing dashboard, select the Products as shown in the screenshot below:

When viewing your products, locate and select the relevant product you wish to download as a PDF, as shown in the screenshot below:

Once you've selected the product, you can select the PDF button located across the top of the product in Erudus. You may download either a Full Product Spec and receive all of the product data that has been input, or a Basic Allergens & Nutrients, where you get a smaller set of data, including the essentials like Allergens and Nutrients.
