Updating Manufacturer Account Information
This guide will show you how you can update your Erudus manufacturing account information.
Please note: In order to make changes to your Erudus Manufacturing Account Information, you will be required to be set up as an Admin in Erudus.
Why do I need to update my manufacturing account information?
It is crucial for a manufacturer using Erudus to ensure their account information is up to date because Erudus is a primary source of truth for the entire food supply chain. Up-to-date information is essential for maintaining compliance, trust, and business efficiency.
Your account information, such as contact details and company address, is visible on an Erudus product specification and can be used by wholesalers, caterers, and other partners who rely on Erudus. If this information is outdated, it can lead to communication breakdowns, logistical errors, and confusion throughout the supply chain.
The Erudus team also requests that the details are kept up to date to ensure that the correct point of contact is available should there be any queries that need to be addressed by a member of Erudus and the manufacturer directly.
Quick Overview
When logged into your Erudus Manufacturing Dashboard, select Profile
Within the profile, you can update each contact and add any additional manufacturing addresses.

When viewing the manufacturing dashboard, select Profile or Make Changes; either of these options will direct you to the profile tab and allow you to update account information.

As shown in the screenshot below, you can amend each point of contact's details

By scrolling further down the page, you can see the section to update the company address information.

If you wish to add multiple manufacturing site addresses, you can do so by selecting the Add New Address button located at the bottom of the profile tab.

Under each section, it's important to ensure you are selecting Save Changes, as without doing so may result in losing infomation you have input. We would recommend updating each section one at a time and saving as you go along.
