Visibility in Erudus

This guide will explain the visibility section within the manufacturing dashboard and how it works within Erudus

What is Visibility in Erudus?

In Erudus, Visibility is the direct feedback loop that informs a manufacturer which of their wholesalers are actively using their product data. It's the confirmation that a connection has been made between a manufacturer's product specification and a wholesaler's internal product code.

How does Visibility work in Erudus?

Wholesalers in Erudus apply their Wholesaler Product Code (SKU) against a manufacturer's product. By doing so, this creates a link between the wholesaler and that product, which means that should there be any updates or changes to the product data, the wholesaler is informed and can ensure they remain compliant and aware of those product changes.

To review your visibility, once logged in to your Manufacturer Dashboard, select Visibility either by selecting the Visibility tile or tab, as seen in the screenshot below:

The Visibility section provides you with a list of any wholesaler that has one of their Wholesaler Product Codes linked with your products.

To see what products a specific wholesaler has their codes linked to, simply select the name of the wholesaler, and you will be presented with the range of products related to that wholesaler.
