Downloading Your Manufacturer Product Range Data
This guide will show you how to download different reports for data related to your product range.
Please note: Only Admin and Editor users of a Manufacturer account can access these downloads
Why would I download my manufactuer product range data?
As a manufacturer in Erudus, you may want to download your full Erudus product data for three main reasons:
- Auditing and Compliance: To check your own data for accuracy and consistency against internal records, which helps with internal and external audits.
- System Integration: To easily upload product information to your own website, internal software, or sales systems.
- Reporting and Analysis: To create custom reports, analyse your product range, and find any missing information in their specifications.
In short, it gives you a complete backup and an easy-to-use file of your product data for internal use and strategic purposes.
Downloading Product Range Data | Step 1
From the Manufacturer Dashboard, click on the "Products" button to be taken to your product management page.

From the product list, use the additional options menu on the far right side of the screen to be presented with options for downloading different data reports related to your product range data.
Additional Options Explained:
Download CSV - Download a CSV file containing all of the product data for all products that are listed. You can use the different status filters to dictate what products are generated on the CSV (e.g., if filtering the list to draft products only, then clicking "Download CSV" will only generate a CSV with product data for draft products)
Download Packaging CSV - Download a CSV report with detailed information regarding the waste packaging for all products that are listed. You can use the different status filters to dictate what products are generated on the CSV (e.g., if filtering the list to published products only, then clicking "Download Packaging CSV" will only generate a CSV with packaging data for published products)
