How to download a Customer's Purchase History data

This guide is a follow-up on Managing Your Customer Purchase History. This guide will show you how you can download your customers' purchase history.

Why would you download a customer's purchase history?

Downloading your customer's purchase history could be beneficial to help provide them with specific product data that directly relates to the products they purchase from you.

If you have a subscription that allows customer access to Erudus, they can self-serve for this data using their Erudus customer account.

Once you have uploaded a purchase history to your Wholesaler account, you can click on the "View" tab to search for a customer's purchase history record

You can then use the search bar to search for a customer reference number in the purchase history, and you will be presented with the product data associated with that customer reference. You can scroll to the right to view all of the allergens and nutritional information.

Using the dropdown menu to the right of the search bar, you can choose to download the customer purchase history in CSV or PDF format
