How to switch Erudus accounts
This guide will show you how to change from one Erudus account to another when you're linked to multiple accounts in Erudus
Why do I need to switch Erudus accounts?
If you have access to multiple Erudus accounts (such as Manufacturer, Wholesaler, or Caterer)
Your Erudus login is a "master key" that can grant access to different account profiles. If your organisation operates multiple sites, or if you hold different roles (such as both a Wholesaler and a Manufacturer), you may need to switch account types to access specific data, manage unique product catalogs, or view localised dashboard metrics. Switching ensures you are always working within the correct business context without needing multiple login credentials.
How to switch Erudus accounts? | Step 1
Firstly, you will need to log in to Erudus. Once logged in, you will be presented with your default user access. This typically will be the account you were first linked with when set up in Erudus.

How to switch Erudus accounts? | Step 2
Once logged in, you will see a drop-down box located across the top of the Erudus webpage, located to the left of My Erudus. Select the drop-down box.

How to switch Erudus accounts? | Step 3
Once the drop-down is shown, you'll see any additional accounts you are associated with. Simply select the account you wish to access.
