We understand you're considering cancelling your Erudus account. We want to ensure you're fully aware of what you'll be losing, as your subscription is about more than just data—it’s a key part of your supply chain operations.


  • You'll lose your trusted data source. You will no longer have instant access to manufacturer-verified product data, including vital allergen, nutritional, and technical specifications. You'll have to return to manual data collection, which is time-consuming and increases the risk of error.

  • You'll increase your compliance risk. Without Erudus, you lose a critical, streamlined tool for ensuring your menus, labels, and e-commerce platforms comply with food safety regulations like Natasha's Law. This leaves you and your customers more vulnerable to compliance issues and legal risk.

  • Your customers will be impacted. Many of your caterer and retailer customers rely on you to provide them with this accurate data. Cancelling your subscription breaks that link, forcing them to find this information elsewhere and potentially damaging key trading relationships.

  • You'll lose operational efficiency. Your account is what powers the automated data flow into your internal systems. This includes your e-commerce website and inventory management systems. Losing this link will lead to significant manual administrative work.

  • Please review your contract. Your Erudus subscription is an annual subscription and may be subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of sign-up. Please check for any remaining contractual obligations.
