How to reset your Erudus Password

This guide will help explain how you can reset your Erudus user account password.

Why would you need to reset your Erudus password?

There are many reasons why you may need or want to reset your password, which could range from:

  • Forgetting your password
  • Suspected unauthorised access
  • Data breach on another service
  • Too many failed attempts to log in, which results in your account being locked

The reasons may vary, but no matter the reason, the solution is simple, and in most cases, resetting the password is all that is required.

  1. Navigate to the Erudus login page
  2. Select "Forgot Your Password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email inbox for the reset email
  5. Enter your new password and click the "Reset Password" button

You can access Erudus by using the "Login" button at the top right corner of the Erudus homepage erudus.com

Enter the email address you registered with Erudus for your user account and click "Request Password":

Check the inbox of the email account you have used to register for your Erudus user account for a password reset email and follow the instructions.

Top Tip: Be sure to check junk/spam folders if it doesn't arrive in the inbox and if the email doesn't arrive after 15 minutes please contact Erudus support (support@erudus.com) to investigate.


How to reset your Erudus Password | Step 5

You will be asked to enter your registered email address and the new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • The password must be at least 8 characters long
  • The password must contain at least 1 number
  • The password must contain at least 1 letter
  • The password must contain at least 1 special character

Once you have entered the new password and confirmed it using the text boxes, click the "Reset Password" button to complete the process. You will now be able to log in to your Erudus account using the new credentials.
