- After submitting your registration form, a member of the Erudus team will review your application. We typically aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
- An Erudus representative will contact you directly, via email or phone, to:

- Discuss Your Data Needs: Understand the volume of products you wish to upload, the types of data you need to disseminate, and how Erudus can support your data management strategy.
- Explain Manufacturer Subscription Details: Our manufacturer subscriptions are often priced based on your company's turnover to ensure fairness and scalability. The subscription is an annual subscription; however, the representative will explain the cost and what's included (e.g., unlimited users, API access, Image Hub features).
- Outline Onboarding & Support: They will detail the onboarding process, including training and ongoing support.
- Step 4: Finalise Agreement and Begin Onboarding
- Once all details are confirmed and you've agreed to the terms, Erudus will guide you through the formal service agreement. Upon completion of the agreement, your Erudus manufacturer account will be activated, and our Onboarding team will begin the setup process:
- Account & User Creation: Your primary account will be set up, and you'll receive login credentials. We will assist you in creating additional user accounts for your team members (e.g., technical, sales, marketing).
- Data Upload Training: Our team will provide comprehensive training on how to upload your product specifications, either manually via the user-friendly portal or efficiently via our Manufacturer API (for bulk uploads and integration with your existing internal systems).
- Image Hub Setup: Learn how to upload high-quality product images and brand assets to the Image Hub, making them easily accessible to your customers for their marketing and e-commerce needs.
- Compliance Guidance: Receive guidance on ensuring your data inputs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Once all details are confirmed and you've agreed to the terms, Erudus will guide you through the formal service agreement. Upon completion of the agreement, your Erudus manufacturer account will be activated, and our Onboarding team will begin the setup process:
