Downloading a Customers Purchase History Data

Once you have uploaded a customer purchase history record you are able to download the product data associated to that purchase history in CSV or PDF format. This guide will show you how.

Once you have uploaded a purchase history to your Wholesaler account, you can click on the "View" tab to search for a customers purchase history recor

You can then use the search bar to search for a customer reference number in the purchase history and you will be presented with the product data associated with that customer reference. You can scroll to the right to view all of the allergen and nutritional information.

Using the dropdown menu to the right of the search bar you can choose to download the customer purchase history in CSV or PDF format
