Manufacturer Management for Wholesalers

Wholesalers can create a list of their Manufacturers that use Erudus to review:

• The number of their products they have their codes linked to
• The accreditations the Manufacturer has uploaded to their account
• ESG survey responses submitted by a manufacturer

This guide will show you how to access and use these features

Creating a List of Manufacturers | Step 1

Click on the "Manufacturer" button on the Manufacturer Dashboard after logging into your account

Use the search box on the right side of the screen to find the manufacturer you are looking for and, once selected, click the green "Add Manufacturer" button.

Once a list of manufacturers has been populated, you can see how many Wholesaler product codes you have linked to each manufacturer in the list (clicking the number of products will show you those products) and any manufacturers that have not completed the Erudus ESG survey will be marked with a red exclamation mark (!).

Reviewing Individual Manufacturer's Details

Clicking on a Manufacturer's Name from your Manufacturer list will take you to their company contact information and several buttons along the top of the page let you review more information related to that manufacturer.

ACCREDITATIONS

Clicking the "Accreditations" tab will show you a list of the Manufacturer's accreditations that you can download by using the green download button at the end of the row for the accreditation

ESG

Clicking the "ESG" tab will show you the responses to that Manufacturer's ESG survey responses with their ESG scorecard (hovering your mouse over the bars on the scorecard will show the score for each area)

PRODUCTS

Clicking the "Products" tab will take you to your product catalogue with a filter applied to show you only products you have Wholesaler product codes applied to for that Manufacturer

Reviewing Details for all Manufacturers

When viewing your Manufacturer list there are tabs at the top of the list to review the accreditations and ESG status for all Manufacturers that you have added to your list

ACCREDITATIONS

Clicking the "Accreditations" tab from the Manufacturer list will take you to a table displaying all your Manufacturers and the number of active accreditations they have of each accreditation type.

Clicking on the name of the manufacturer will show you a list of the accreditations they have uploaded available for download.

You can apply filters to the table to display only Manufacturers with or without a particular accreditation and also download the table as a CSV to take offline for review

ESG

Clicking the "ESG" tab from the Manufacturer list will take you to a table displaying all your Manufacturers and their responses to the ESG survey questions if submitted.

Clicking on the name of the manufacturer will show you their ESG scorecard based on the responses provided and clicking the green "ESG Scorecard (Summary)" button above the table will give you the scorecard for all Manufacturers in your list combined (excluding any Manufacturer's that have not completed the survey).

You can also download the table of responses as a CSV to take offline for review.
