Approving a Private Label Product

When a manufacturer publishes a product under a private label within Erudus, the product will enter a pending state until it is approved by the private label owner.


This guide will show you how to approve products that are pending publication under your private label.


Approving a Private Label Product | Step 1

From your label dashboard, you will be presented with a notification as to how many new products are awaiting approval. To be taken to the list of these products just click the green "View New Products" button in the notification.

You will be taken to a list of products that are published under your private label. To approve a product for publication you will need to apply your Private Label Product Code to the product. you can do this by clicking the "Add Code" button at the end of the row for the product you wish to publish.

You will then be taken to the pending product specification to review the data that has been submitted. If you are happy with the specification you can add your Label Product Code to the product at the top of the page and click the green "Submit" button.

Once the code has been applied to the product it will enter a published state and will be available in the data pool for any wholesalers that have access to your private label.

If the product specification data is incorrect then contact the manufacturer to have the specification amended before publication
