Resetting Your Erudus Password

If you have an Erudus user account and are having trouble logging in, the first thing you should do is try and reset your password to allow access.

Follow this guide to reset your Erudus user account password.

Step 1 | Navigate to the Erudus Login Screen

You can access Erudus by using the "Login" button at the top right corner of the Erudus homepage erudus.com

Step 2 | Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" Button

The "Forgot Your Password?" button is just below the "Log In" button on the Erudus log in page:

Step 3 | Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address you registered with Erudus for your user account and click "Request Password":

Step 4 | Check Your Email

Check the inbox of the email account you have used to register for your Erudus user account for a password reset email and follow the instructions.

Top Tip: Be sure to check junk/spam folders if it doesn't arrive in the inbox and if the email doesn't arrive after 15 minutes please contact Erudus support (support@erudus.com) to investigate.

Step 5 | Enter Your New Password

You will be asked to enter your registered email address and the new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:

• The password must be at least 8 characters long
• The password must contain at least 1 number
• The password must contain at least 1 letter
• The password must contain at least 1 special character

Once you have entered to new password and confirmed it using the text boxes, click the "Reset Password" button to complete the process. You will now be able to log in to your Erudus account using the new credentials.
