Downloading Your Product Range Using The Query Builder

Wholesalers that use Erudus can easily download all of the products in their account that have local codes assigned to them easily using the Erudus Query Builder. Follow the guide below to generate a CSV file with all the products in your range.

Step 1

After logging into Erudus, click on the "Product Search" button from the User Dashboard

Step 2

After clicking the "Product Search" button, you will be taken to the Quick Search tool. Click on the "Query Builder" button from this screen to be taken to the Query Builder.

Step 3

From the Query Builder screen, you can create a simple, single rule query to retrieve all of the products that have local codes assigned to them. From the first dropdown menu select the queryable attribute "Local Product Code" (this is found at the bottom of the list of attributes in the dropdown menu).

Then from the second dropdown menu, select the query parameter "is not null" ("null" means there is no value so "is not null" means that there is a value for that attribute on a product).

This query will search Erudus for all products that have a local code assigned to them.

Step 4

Once you have created the query, you need to select what data sets you want to include about the products. You can select and deselect the datasets to be included using the checkboxes next to the name of each data set

Step 5

Now that you have built the query to retrieve all products that are in your range and selected the data to be returned about them, use the radio buttons at the bottom left of the screen to select the "CSV Download" output option.

Then click the "Run Query" button at the bottom right of the screen to generate the download of your product range.
