Getting Familiar With Your Wholesaler Dashboard
Overview
Your Erudus dashboard will look like this:
1 – Erudus One: this is your home button: pressing this will always return you to your user dashboard.
2 & 8 – Product Search: this allows you to search for product specifications using Erudus Technical Search.
3 – User Menu: various options including, log out and edit profile
4 – Help: access the Erudus knowledge base for user guides and walk through videos to help you on your way.
5 – Terms & Conditions: view the Erudus terms and conditions of use.
6 & 7 – Edit Your Profile: change your password or update your contact details.
9 – Access Support Options: user guides and walkthrough videos for new users and refresher training.
10, 11 & 12 – Other Tools & Applications: if subscribed you can access the ‘Allergen & Nutritional Data Search’, 'Nutritional Calculator & Meal Planner' and/or ‘Recipe Builder’.
13 – Click here for help: raise and send us a support ticket.
By clicking either of the circled tabs you will be navigated to your member dashboard - see below image for more information
Wholesaler Dashboard
1 – Home: by clicking this at any time it will bring you back to this above screen.
2 – Products: clicking this takes you to the product screen where you can add local codes to products or search using previously added codes.
3 – Users: this option allows you to view any users attached to your member account, this includes both customers and internal users.
4 – Customer Data: if you have attached customers this screen lets you upload customer purchase data so your customers can access this on their Erudus accounts.
5 – New Suppliers: this will show any new suppliers subscribed to Erudus in the last 30 days.
6 – Cancelling Suppliers: this will show any cancelling suppliers along with the date which their products will be removed from Erudus.
