Sharing an Email Link to a Product Specification With a Non-Erudus User

This guide shows how you can share a live view of a product specification with a user who is not yet subscribed to Erudus.

Step 1 - Access your supplier dashboard

Click the Supplier Dashboard button from the User Dashboard.

Step 2 - Access your published products

Navigate to your published products list using the "Products" dropdown menu or click "Published" in your product summary.

Step 3 - Select the product to share

Select which product specifications you want to share.

Step 4 - Send to user

Select the 'Send To' button at the top of the screen.

Enter the email address of the recipient and click the "OK" button.

The recipient will then receive an email with a link to the live specification on Erudus. The recipient doesn't need to be an Erudus user and the emailed link will work for 7 days.
