Amending or Editing a Product
This guide will show you how to edit a product to the Erudus database.
Step 1 - Access your supplier dashboard
Click the supplier tab (1) at the top of the screen to access your supplier dashboard.
Step 2 - Access the products menu
Click the products drop down menu then select 'Published Products'.
Step 3 - Select edit product
Click the green pencil icon next to the product you wish to edit.
***PLEASE NOTE*** If you have an outstanding alert to confirm product data you will NOT be able to edit any products until you have confirmed this. See 'Confirming Your Product Data' to see how to do this.
Step 4 - Edit general information
The first screen is to edit any general information such as product name, category, supplier product code or product description.
To edit outer product information continue to step 5.
To finish editing this product skip to step 7.
Step 5 - Edit outer product information
The second screen is to edit any outer product information such as outer GTIN, outer case information, pallet information and packaging.
To edit inner product information continue to step 6.
To finish editing this product skip to step 7.
Step 6 - Edit inner product information
The third screen is to edit any inner product information such as inner GTIN, nutrition information, allergen data and attach any accreditations or certificates.
It is also possible to edit or add any microbiological testing information using the inner product menu.
Step 7 - Confirm any changes
Once you have made any changes to the product scroll to the bottom of the page and select the 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' box before clicking save changes to complete your edit.
