Query Results - Navigating Your Way Around

1 – Erudus One: this is your home button: pressing this will always return you to your user dashboard.

2 – Product Search: this allows you to search for product specifications using Erudus Technical Search.

3 – Profile Menu: change your password or update your contact details.

4 & 19 – Click here for help: raise and send us a support ticket as well as user guides and walkthrough videos for new users and refresher training.

5 – Back: clicking this button will take you back to the Query Builder or Saved Queries screen depending on which one you came from.

6 – Save Query Name: typing a name to save this run query in this box will allow you to name it.

7 – Save Query: clicking this box will save your current ran query with the name specified in (6). This will then show in the Saved Queries.

8 – View Saved Queries - this button will access any saved queries created using query builder.

9 - Results per Page: This filter allows you to change the number of products is shown on each search page, the options are either 10, 20, 50 or 100 results per page.

10 – Suppliers Product Code: the supplier code associated with each product will be displayed here.

11 – Local Code: if a local wholesaler code is attached to a product it will be displayed here.

12 – View Specification: clicking this button will display the product specification.

13 – Download Specification: clicking this button will download the chosen specification as a PDF.

14 – Product Name: the product name will be displayed here.

15 – Supplier Name: the supplier name will be displayed here.

16 – Product Description: the product description will be displayed here.

17 – Brand Owner: if the brand owner is different to the supplier name it will be displayed here.

18 – Product Data: any data surrounding the product which was selected on the Query Builder will be displayed here, you can scroll across to access any hidden data.
