Manufacturer User Types


This guide shows you the different user types available for a supplier account and the access rights each has.

Internal User - Searcher

This type of account is for an employee within the supplier's organisation and allows searching only. This could be used for an employee who would need access to search products but wouldn't need the ability to add, modify or remove products.

Search can be accessed by clicking either the search function on the top green bar or using the link on the main page (marked with 1).

***NOTE - These users can be added by a Super Admin user***

Internal User - Product Manager

This type of account is for an employee within the supplier's organisation and allows searching as well as the administration rights to add, remove and modify product specifications.

Search can be accessed by clicking either the search function on the top green bar or using the link on the main page (marked with 1).

The supplier dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the supplier tab on the top green bar or using the link on the main page, this is where products can be reviewed and managed (marked with 2).

***NOTE - These users can be added by a Super Admin user***

Internal User - Super Admin

The super admin role has all the same permissions as the above product manager, however, you can also manage your own users.

Below is the supplier dashboard which has the user's tab enabled (1). By navigating to this screen and selecting a user you can change the privileges to include product management or just have searching privileges (as shown in the second image).
